Parts production for both metal and plastic parts, including all kinds of secondary processing, are managed by AMS Group. Tapping, drilling, tumbling, polishing, cutting, anodising, chromeplating, spraypainting, powder caoting or zincplating are typical secondary processes for which AMS Group is known to deliver high, continious quality from its China sources.

AMS delivers quality parts and products being made of all variaties of (engineered) plastics, aluminium alloys, steel grades, stainless steel, senzimir and zamac. Not only large volume part production are done by AMS Group in China, also smaller volume part production projects are possible. The savings being realised by clients on lower initial tooling investments in China at AMS Group, allow tools and moulds to stay in China at AMS, and enable smaller series part production on request of client. Evaluating how added value can be realised is part of the discussions with clients during a feasibility study. AMS takes full responsibility for all components it delivers from China to it's customers.

All components being made in China by AMS are ROHS compliant.
